This membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Memberships cannot be combined with any other offers and cannot be used toward promotions.
Memberships cannot be shared.
Gift certificates cannot be used toward membership fees.
Pre-authorized payments will be automatically deducted from major credit card on agreed date each month.
A 4-month commitment is required (can be cancelled anytime after 4 months, with 30-day notice).
First payment will be processed on first day of membership activation.
